Unidentified Flying Objects: Reality, Cover-up and Truth

Unidentified flying objects, or UFOs as they are commonly known, have been witnessed by millions of people around the world and have been recorded in history books, myths, legends and lore for millennia.

However, many reports recorded in ancient texts are dismissed as mere myths and legends, while UFO sightings that have taken place in the last few centuries are classified as misinterpretations of natural phenomena, illusions or conspiracy theories.

At the same time, history has shown again and again that many of the so-called myths have a very real basis. It is possible and even likely that stories and legends were a way for people to explain real, most likely confusing events, using the knowledge and beliefs of their time.

So already a number of events described in mythology and for a long time considered mere fairy tales are now confirmed by archeology. One such famous example is the city of Troy, which is central to Homer’s Iliad. It has long been considered a mythological city, but the discovery by Heinrich Schliemann in 1868 of its actual location put it in its place in history.

At the same time, the rest of the Iliad is still treated as myth and fantasy, and no serious attempt is made to find out if there could be more truth to the story. The same goes for the many tales of flying machines and unidentified flying objects referenced in countless mythologies from many different cultures around the world.

You can often see that the reality or fiction of certain events is judged on the unreasonable assumption that ancient people were primitive and had little or no knowledge compared to modern people.

However, it should be noted that many ancient civilizations, such as the Sumerians, the Indus Valley people and the Egyptians, existed with complex social structures, legal systems, art, astronomy, mathematics and technology, some of which are still not fully understood.

The 2,200-year-old Antikythera Mechanism, for example, is a complex mechanical device that, although it has been studied by leading scientists around the world for decades, has never been fully understood.

As for the theme of flying objects and supernatural beings, it is also reflected in mythology. All of these myths and legends, along with archaeological evidence such as rock art, created a wave of theories that gave rise to the so-called “ancient astronaut theory”.

This theory links all these ancient references and images to UFOs and claims that aliens visited Earth and made contact with humans in ancient and prehistoric times, influencing the development of human cultures, technologies and religions.

If, for now, we step back from the ancient past and consider only the last few decades of human history, we can see that millions of people around the world have witnessed unidentified flying objects.

Many of them were recorded in detailed reports, which were witnessed by the police, pilots, astronauts, government officials, pilots, military personnel and, of course, ordinary citizens. Some of these cases were observed simultaneously by thousands of people.

Although most sightings can be explained by celestial phenomena, airplanes, planets, weather events, military exercises, and in some cases drug use or mental instability, there is still a percentage, however small, of cases that cannot be explained by any of these causes.

It is an indisputable fact that in our sky there are cases of the appearance of unidentified objects. This has been recognized by major governments around the world simply by the fact that official studies on the subject have been carried out in the US, UK, Russia, China, South America, European countries and many more. All these studies in each individual case came to the conclusion that there is a percentage of phenomena that cannot be explained.

In recent history, many countries have declassified their UFO research files, releasing thousands of documents and making numerous UFO sightings publicly available.

Having carefully studied this topic and ruled out cases of obvious fraud and fake stories, it can be noted that unidentified flying objects do exist.

And the question is no longer just whether they exist or not, but what are they like and what is their purpose? Whether they are objects of terrestrial origin or, no matter how surprising it may seem, the answer lies outside the Earth.

It should be noted that many prominent scientists have already stated that there must be other civilizations in the Universe, and it is statistically impossible that this should not be the case.

However, the current level of knowledge in the field of science and technology does not allow for interstellar travel. And since it has not been possible to detect intelligent life in our solar system so far, it was assumed that aliens would not have been able to get to Earth either.

However, this argument, perhaps, should be considered erroneous, because it is based solely on our own ideas about the universe and does not take into account the possibilities of civilizations that may be ahead of ours by millions of years.

In fact, it cannot be ruled out that humanity may just be a baby in the universe. It should also be noted that throughout the history of mankind, in each separate period of time, people were convinced that they knew the truth, but later it was replaced by new knowledge.

And now quantum physics has shown that reality can be completely different than we think about it. Powerful telescopes have shown distant planets in solar systems that could possibly support life. The theories of wormholes and warp drives have shown that, at a theoretical level, interstellar travel is possible, although it is too early to even think about trying to achieve something like that.

It should also be acknowledged that one of the reasons why the scientific community does not take UFOs seriously is that the topic has been widely ridiculed in both the media and academia, and false information has been circulated everywhere.

For the same reasons, military personnel, cosmonauts, pilots and other categories of professionals do not want to talk, who, moreover, by virtue of their profession, signed confidentiality agreements.

That is why many such confessions were made on their deathbeds. However, it cannot be denied that there are still a lot of high-profile cases of unidentified flying objects, which are supported by convincing evidence and which should not be ignored.

Many may think that if all these rather numerous examples are irrefutable proof of the existence of extraterrestrial UFOs, then why is this not reported openly. Perhaps the explanation lies in the fact that the consequences of disclosing all the information will be unpredictable and humanity is not yet ready for this.
